Oh, it has to forever be the “I’m not your bitch, Bitch!” line from Dave to Tiffany in S1. I haaaaaaaaaaated her, and loved him so much, no matter how often he cried.

I’d have to go with “It’s Top Chef, not Top Scallop!”

Seriously anything involving Fabio. “It’s not how many dragons you kill. It’s who takes home the princess. And I go for princess.”

My favorite moment was when my good friend Gail Simmons liked that carrot coulis so much that she sopped the last drops of it off her plate with a biscuit she pulled from her cleavage where she keeps it.

Or all the times Padma spits something out or gets a bone.

My favorite challenge was the vending machine challenge.I love to laugh at the chefs who think they are so above that food.

Hung’s Smurf village. Or watching him break down that chicken.

(Though for entertainment purposes, “I’m not your bitch, bitch.”)

Natalie Portman’s “In Your Mouth” comment after Padma’s “little prick” description!

Count me as another vote for “I’m not your bitch, bitch!” Five seasons later and I’m still using that one…

I was also going to say “It’s Top Chef, not Top Scallop”. I love Fabio!

Anything with Fabio is a favorite, but I especially liked it when he said of a quickfire, “this isn’t cooking, it’s rushing.”

I’m so bad at remembering past seasons, so I have to go with this round when Mike Isabella finally left.
