Heh, you're right about the phone book. I must've been getting a soda when that was on, because I totally don't remember that bit.

And, yeah, they've definitely got the Heroes WTF version of time logic beat.

Definitely not enough Cameron.

You know, I thought about what you're saying as I was watching it too. And I guess I was willing to write it off to Skynet simply not having that much information about Bedell to begin with. John Connor was such a high-profile figure, it would make sense that they'd know how old he was, and maybe even his mother's age. But Bedell may have only been a "name without a face" to them that was sussed out as a result of torture.

For the record, the flashback scene we saw happened at some point after the Century Camp breakout in 2021 -- at least 13 years from now. So I don't have a problem with the oldest Martin (who would have been 50-something in the future?), but yeah, maybe the youngest one was a stretch, depending on how old he is now. But there can't be more than 5 or 6 years difference between the boy and the teen, can there?

Anyway, I'm surprised you didn't glitch on the bigger continuity error -- why would either the kid or the teen be in the phone book? Using the Web instead of the phone book to do their search would have gotten them around that one.

These details didn't bother me much for some reason, though. I just accepted what they were trying to do and rolled with it. But I'm an easy mark like that. The time logic on this series is still head and shoulders above Heroes.

I hate to nit and pick, but...

In the original T1 movie, it kind of made sense that the Terminator was killing all Sarah Connors since it didn't know exactly which one would become THE Sarah Connor. Except...its victims were all roughly the same age! This time, the thing killed a Martin who would obviously have been too old to be the right one, then went after a little kid who would've been too young. That's unnecessarily careless of the writers.

The episode was okay overall, but not as good as last weeks. Common denominator - not enough Cameron?
