It angers me that Leah remains. At least she redeemed herself with the fish.

Seriously, Stefan is going to have to screw up royally to lose this whole thing.

I agree on Leah. It’s crazy. And on Stefan. He’s got the gift and the drive.

Did Jamie seal her fate when she basically said she didn’t like her dish in the first place?

I hate Leah’s attitude. I hate that she just gave up during the Quickfire. She doesn’t seem to want this at all.

Jamie had stinkface the entire episode.

    I’m betting on a Stefan/Carla finale now.

Even though Carla has come alive the past few episodes (or perhaps just had challenges that fit her skillset), I still think Hosea’s better. I just wonder how much Leah’s negative attitude is going to drag HIM down.

Stefan’s interview on the Bravo blogs make me think he has the personality to take it, as well as the skills. I think Blais choked last year because he was an excellent chef, but just not confident enough to display it when it counted.

Plus, what he says about Jamie? Adorable.

I ate at Le Bernardin on Tuesday evening and it was the most exquisite meal I think I have ever experienced. It is everything they were saying and more. If you can save up and dine there, it is completely worth the money. It was fun to see them where we had just been! And I was surprised too that Leah didn’t go–Jamie’s a better chef I think.

I remembered to watch it this time!

Am I the only one that found Eric Ripert sexy?

I’ll second that. The eyes and the accent…yum.

I think Eric Ripert has fish lips.

    Appropriate, non?

As soon as Jamie said her celery was oversalted I knew she was going home. Oversalt/undersalt is the kiss of death on this show. Too bad it wasn’t Leah. She can go and I wish she’d take Hosea with her. His association with her has corrupted any good will I may have felt towards him.

Eric Ripert seems so nice! You could tell that he was really rooting for them to figure out the dishes. Very gracious.
