One, Two, Three Episodes in One

Because of last week’s HiroChima meltdown, this week’s Big Brother scheduled double-eviction gave way to a Veto comp, a Veto ceremony, an eviction, and an HOH ceremony. The Chenbot, covered in glitter, did an excellent job rushing through the hour (with the exception of during the Veto comp when she told Michele and Jordan that one of them was about to win HOH). After the jump, here’s how it all went down:
- The Veto comp was a simple “Before or After” series of questions that was so easy, Jordan won. And she won in a tiebreaker! That involved numbers! Yaaay!
- Jordan decided against using the Veto.
- Lydia was voted out, 3 to 1, with a pity vote from Kevin.
- Lydia gave a progressively more and more unhinged interview with Julie Chen, who seemed incredibly entertained.
Then the HOH competition began. The houseguests all stood on a platform with a ton of aluminum cans. Each houseguest had their own color. The goal was to drop the cans through a small tube, and the first one to fill up their tube would win. It was supposed to put us in the mind of recycling, but all I could think of was how wasteful it was to use all that colored tape. ENVIRONMENTALISM FAIL, CBS!
The show ended while the competition continued. The winner was — JEFF — .
In other news, Kevin/Lydia/Natalie came up with a plan to keep their alliance together. They decided they would straight up fabricate a lie about Russell and Michele. Kevin would then feed it to Jeff, hoping he’d get Jordan to backdoor Russell after the Veto competition. I was pretty sure this wouldn’t work at all, considering Kevin seemed really nervous when telling Jeff. However, Jeff completely fell for it and ran to tell Jordan that Russell and Michele were conspiring against them. At one point, one of them wondered out loud, “Would Kevin lie to us?” and then decided, “Absolutely not.” Heh. Even though you’re not on my side, Kevin, nice work! Russell remained safe this week, but we’ll see if the lie has any implications over the next few days. Although, we did see a conversation between Russell and Michele where Russell told Michele that they should go to Final 2 together — so maybe not so much a lie as a really good guess.
Oh, also, in big EWWWWW news, Lydia confessed to Natalie that Jessie was slipping her his love muscle the entire time they’ve been in the house. The two girls were shocked, SHOCKED, that Jessie had been playing them against each other. Jesus christmas, how stupid ARE these girls?

I will believe Lydia is mad at Jessie when I see it. I get the feeling the jury house footage on Sunday or Tuesday is going to be primarily made of up little black bars.
Is it wrong that before Natalie’s dad hung up, I said “Natalie, honey, shower,” in my best Natalie’s Dad voice?

Lydia couldn’t WAIT to get to that Jury House and give Jessie a piece of her vagina, er, I mean “mind.” Give me a break. I guarantee she’ll even say, “I just can’t stay mad at him.”

I just watched Lydia’s Early Show interview, and she maintains her “anger” at Jessie, calling him a jerk and saying that she’s expecting him to give her breakfast in bed and massages to try and get back in her good graces, but she says it’s not going to work. She said that she hopes he’s really not the way he is in the house in the real world (newsflash for you, Lydia, he is) and that she’s going to “kick him in the balls.”
She also brought up The Sweatshirt Incident.

Oh god! She brought up the Shirt? Nast. Also, don’t forget that the Early Show segment is taped immediately following BB’s taping, so Lydia didn’t have time to change her mind about Jessie. But you just KNOW that the second she gets in the house, she’ll be fawning all over him just the same as always.
Also, Natalie has a boyfriend? So why was she so jealous of Jessie and Lydia? If I were Natalie’s boyfriend I’d be pissed off. Especially if I sat there and watched the show 3 times a week with her dad. I’d feel incredibly betrayed to watch my girlfriend fight over some pinhead meathead.

I figured Natalie got a bit frightened when her father mentioned he watches the show with her boyfriend. She quickly said, “Well, you know everything I do in the house, I do for strategic reasons, okay?”

Well, let’s hope her boyfriend is as stupid as she is. ;P

Hopefully J & J will do the right thing.

Have you been watching Ross Mathews exit interviews? Lydia is the crazy, but she owned her fling with Jessie, whereas he denied it. Fun watching.

Ross? As in Ross the Intern from Leno? Ack, that guy drives me nuts. Is he a good interviewer?
Love that Jessie denied having a fling with Lydia. He’s been on this show TWICE and still doesn’t understand the concept of 24/7 cameras?
