Moe ‘n Joe

Johnny Sack pleaded guilty and had to do the allocution – namely, admit that Cosa Nostra exists and that he was a part of it. He is dead to the family now. Will they kill him in jail? Tony manages to get Sack’s house, and lets Janice buy it out from under Ginny in some sort of gesture of forgiveness for treating her and Bobby so badly in the past. Bobby gets mugged and nearly loses an eye. Bobby couldn’t be more pathetic. Tony thwarts Carmela’s real estate aspirations (although she doesn’t know it’s him that’s shutting everything down) because he wants her to stay home, cook and listen to Meadow talk about her sex life. In the storyline that surprised me the most, Vito and Johnny Cakes moved in together and professed their love for each other. Vito got a job, realized he’s incapable of making an honest living, and left poor old Johnny Cakes. He is so lazy that he is willing to shut the door on a life that could be happy and fulfilling, so he can go back home and make money by doing nothing. I am curious to see if he is accepted back into the family. If I had any doubts that Vito might regret his decision, they were put to rest when he killed a man on his way back to Newark. It’s in his blood. He’ll never be able to be any different, and that is really sad. Also? Paulie has cancer and I don’t care.

I know, weird that no one ever comments on this show on this site.
Not that I have anything to say, either.

This season is definitely not for a new Soprano’s viewer. If you weren’t already additcted to the show, after the last episode, you would wonder, “what the fuck?”

For me it looked like this episode was definitely another lead up episode. Next weeks’ previews looked exciting. Why doesn’t Sal want Tony to enter the Bing? My thoughts are they are torturing Vito…oh no!

Sorry to say….never. David Chase stated that in an interview when the season started.

I figured that’s how Paulie would meet his end…oh well…

I don’t comment here usually because I don’t get to see the show until days after it airs…we don’t get it in our cable package so we have to uh, find it elsewhere.
Anyway, everyone is making me sick during the last few episodes. I hate them all in some way or another.
Vito, as it turns out, wanted some kind of magical fairytale life and when he realized that’s not how it would be, he just fucked right off. When he and Johnnycakes professed their love, I got so worried something bad was about to happen. Then when he killed that guy for wanting to go through insurance, I felt stupid for even caring about Vito.
I laughed when they took Chrissy’s car away. Ha ha! I hated Janice with a passion when she walked through Ginny’s house planning her future decorating scheme while Ginny was forced to listen to the whole thing with her coffee in hand. I also hate the way Janice wears the role of mother, it’s just so gross.
What was Johnny Sack supposed to do? It would have worked out the same either way; I’m pretty sure they would have found reasons to wash their hands of him even if he had gone to trial.
I think I might be able to muster up a teeny bit of sympathy for Paulie’s cancer if he will concede that, aunt or no aunt, the woman that raised him is his mother. I thought his going over there in the previous ep was kind of leaning in that direction. He was afraid about the biopsy so went to his mother for comfort.
These people are so despicable. God, I love this show.
