An interesting article about the frighteningly thin girls of the CW.

As for the show itself, so now we know the identity of Kelly’s baby daddy! The rest of the storylines aren’t really moving me. Frankly, I’m really hoping that we find out Brandon and Emily Valentine ended up together.

    We realized who the baby daddy was when Kelly said he was all over the world, do-gooding. As Jeremy pointed out, Brandon is a capitalist, not a do-gooder.

    The scene in the parking lot between Kelly and Brenda, was that straight out of the old show, or what? Kelly asks Brenda what she told Teacher Boy, and even though all Brenda said was, “Ask Kelly yourself,” she still DEFENDED herself, and then said that Kelly doesn’t have the right to date because she’s in love with Dylan. This kind of logic makes my head hurty. Disappointing, however, was that neither one of them called each other a whore.

    Jessica Walter was inspired in this ep!

    I forgot to mention how awesome Jessica Walter was. When they were discussing the play at the breakfast table and she slammed down her drink and announced, “I’ll do it!” I fell off the couch. Thank god for her.

    My favourite was, “I slept with him!” during the same scene. :)
