This is one of the new shows I was looking forward to checking out. I thought it might be fun to watch, but my concern was how they’re going to keep the cleverness rolling week after week. It aired on Tuesday night at 9. My thoughts on the show (and minor spoilers) are after the jump.

ABC Family is doing a 13 Nights of Halloween series, starting on Friday, 10/19. I’ve never seen Corpse Bride, can you believe it? There’s also a werewolf movie starring Taylor Townsend from The OC that looks so bad, it might be good.

Dirty Jobs is celebrating its 150th dirty job! This two-hour 150th Extravaganza episode premieres Tuesday, October 23 from 9-11 PM (ET/PT) on Discovery Channel. A preview after the jump.

We watched the pilot episode of Chuck over the weekend. I have read it described as “the 40-Year-Old Virgin meets Alias,” which is pretty close. Chuck really isn’t a big geek, though. He seems mostly just unwilling to get into a relationship. He’s good-looking and women were practically throwing themselves at him in the episode we watched. Eh, whatever. His sidekick Morgan cracked me up completely; he reminds me of someone I know. Bottom line? I will definitely continue tuning in when the series launches.

Meerkat Manor starts another season on Friday, August 10th. Last year, the geekboy and I were addicted to this show. It is ADORABLE and strangely compelling. Watch some clips below!
