Another season of Survivor is over. I really enjoyed this finale. And how about Erik’s speech? Damn!

Another fantastic episode of Survivor. I was actually applauding the television. I probably should get out more. TEAM NATALIE!

Holy sh*tballs, you guys.

I know we haven’t been keeping up with Survivor: Samoa this season, but I figured I’d throw up a post after last night’s episode. What did you think?

Survivor 19 – Samoa begun on Thursday.

It’s still early but do you already have favourites? I kind of like Shambo although I do not like her haircut, and I like Marisa (Mareesa) a lot but she’s already gone, so who cares.

The interesting fellow, and I use the term “interesting” loosely…well, he’s the self-proclaimed oil tycoon super smart savvy businessman that to me looks a lot like an overweight, tattoo-free Shifty Binzer. His name is Chubby McGoo Russell. Russell’s big game is to make alliances with all the stupid women on his tribe, because that’s how he thinks of women. I can’t wait for Shambo to kick his arsol at some point after the merge.

The challenges were pretty tough, the first reward challenge was won by Foa Foa. They had to, before getting a chance to speak at all, designate the strongest swimmer, the strongest physical survivor per tribe, the most agile, and the smartest. I had to laugh when Jaison admitted that he usually finds the sterotype of black men being unable to swim quite true, yet luckily for their tribe he happens to be a competetive swimmer from college. On Galu, Shifty BInzer yelled at their swimming guy for not being as good as their tribe leader obviously thought he’d be by sight only. I am already tired of old Shifty and wish Dr. Drew would come back to get him for Celebrity Rehab.

As I mentioned right in the first paragraph, Marisa was voted out and it was STUPID. I wonder how long it will take the tribes to really start to work togther. So far it’s half and half, with Foa Foa winning the reward (flint) and Galu winning immunity, and also some flint.
